Keepin Busy!!!!

I have realized that the easiest way to stop cravings is to keep busy,

I Havent had time to pack lunch the past few days to take to work!! things have been crazy busy! So iv just been grabbing lots of fruit!!! and i realized yesterday that i had only had fruit and soup for 2 days!!!!!

And i didnt even think about chocolates or snacks!

Its been great! It just shows how our cravings are totaly controled by our minds and its when we obsess about not being alowed to have things that we crave them even more!

Thats why i refuse to call it a diet, its a healthy lifestyle (way of life)

I have also decides to give myself 1 cheat meal a week only if i havent cheated! Not Fast food or junk! Just a nice hearty meal and maybe a piece or 2 of chocolate.

I find this motivates me during the week to not cheat.

Well its been a week for me with NO CHEATING!!! yay!

I havent weighd myself cause i havent bought a scale yet!! ill do that this weekend!!

But my pants are feeling looser!!! WhoooooHooo!

And thats motivation to keep going!
